I have been working on getting things together for a trip I am taking to Italy in March. This will be my first international flight. My first flight in 24 years. (Has it really been that long? Goodness!) So, getting everything I have to do to get ready on top of classes starting back up, I have been a little stressed. I started back to causal reading more. Normally, I would bake, but I am cutting back on the sugar in the house. I found me two hardback books for $3.00 a piece and ordered 3 books from Amazon.com on top of that. I now have a bunch of reading to do. Before I go to sleep I read for 15-30 minutes. It is great and wonderful to just escape. Three of the books are self-improvement type books that caught my eye and have read some good things about. I don't know if I actually need self improvement, but what could it hurt to read them and maybe discover something that will help me. I am sure everybody needs to self improve to a certain extent really. It may not seem exciting to other people that I am self-improving, but it is exciting to me and I will be glad to share it with them. :)
