a. It’s fun
b. When done as a form of exercise, increases heart rate and can be considered a healthy aerobic activity. See Shape Magazine for more: http://www.shape.com

See where I’m going with this? Frolicking is fun and healthy. I’ve laid out all the benefits for our cute, busy, rationalizing and responsibility driven minds. So go ahead and indulge. It’s easy to forget to frolic, so here’s what I do: I schedule frolicking time. Here’s an example of my “frolicking work load” the next few days:
Tonight I’m going to frolic in Boston with 8 gorgeous women. We are going to this super sexy place with delicious food and naughty sounding drinks: “Sugar Daddy from Miami,” “Dirty Little Secret,” or “Satan’s Whiskers.” One of these hot sounding cocktails may be my “poison” tonight. Friday night I’m frolicking with one of my dearest friends, Lori. Saturday and Sunday I’ll be frolicking with my friend Suzana. We’re having a girl get away. We’re going to a soccer game at Gillette Stadium. (home of the New England Patriots) I’ve never been to a professional soccer/football game before. Fun bonus: Gillette Stadium has developed so many playful opportunities with “Patriots Place.” http://www.patriot-place.com/about.aspx So glad we decided to spend the night there.
So your assignment today is: Frolick. Schedule it if you have to. Play, play, play! I would love to hear about all your frolicking adventures!
